THE ANNUAL ARBOR WEEK: TREES OF THE YEAR 2011
 
Description
South Africa celebrates Arbor Week from 1-7 September annually. The Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF), as the custodian of forestry in South Africa, is responsible for the campaign. The aim of Arbor Week is to promote and create a better life for all. The theme for Arbor Week 2011 is “Forest for people”.
